Cancellation Policy

At Pryme Solutions, we understand that sometimes schedules change. To ensure fair access to our services and efficient use of our team's time, we've established the following policy for cancellations and no-shows. When you book a session through the Pryme Solutions website, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email. We'll also send reminder notifications before your scheduled appointment. It's your responsibility to ensure you receive and review these communications. We ask that you cancel your session at least one hour before your scheduled start time. You can typically cancel directly through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us at connect@absolutepryme.com If you cancel your session less than one hour before its scheduled start time, a late cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost will be applied. If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and haven't provided prior notification (a "no-show"), a fee of 10% of the service cost will be applied. Any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or added to the total cost of your next service. We'll notify you if a fee is incurred. We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We reserve the right to waive fees at our sole discretion for documented emergencies. By booking an appointment through the Pryme Solutions website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
