At Pryme Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, but due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return policy.
We only accept returns within the first 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective. This means the product has a manufacturing flaw or is not functioning as intended. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing (unless due to a manufacturing defect), or damage caused by misuse.
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product is defective and falls within the 30-day return window, please contact our customer service team at connect@absolutepryme.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) and a detailed description or clear photos/videos of the defect.
Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item. Please do not send your item back to us without prior authorization.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your return is approved due to a defect, we will, at our discretion, either:

Refunds typically take 8-10 business days to process once the returned item is received and inspected.
